2024 Arrowhead EMS Conference Special Events
Each year the conference planning committee looks to offer special events that make the conference something a little more than a great educational event. This year, we are excited to announce that we are partnering with Memorial Blood Center on a blood donation event and with CHUM on a food drive event!
2024 Memorial Blood Center Blood Drive
Arrowhead EMS Association is teaming up with Memorial Blood Centers for another conference blood drive! Blood supplies are low and healthy donors are needed to support patients at Northland hospitals. Blood donors are essential!
This drive will be done in the Edmund Fitzgerald hall Friday and Saturday during the conference. All presenting donors will receive a free T-shirt from Memorial Blood Centers, plus a chance to win a prize!
All necessary precautions will be taken to maintain social distancing and donor and staff safety at this event. Please note that donation site access is restricted, and all donors are required to wear a face mask or covering. All blood types are urgently needed, and whole blood and double red cell donations are available.
CHUM Food Drive
Help us help our community by bringing a non-perishable food item. Each person that brings a donation will be entered to win a prize at the end of the conference! Thank you for helping us help another great non-profit organization.
