Event App

The #AEMSA25 mobile app powered by Cvent Events allows you to make the most of your conference experience and easily access important information. The mobile app is exclusively for registered attendees.

Step 1: Download the App

Using the device you will use at the conference, visit the App Store (iPhones) or Google Play Store (Androids) and search for Cvent Events to download the app (or open if you have used it before). In the Cvent Events app, enter Arrowhead EMS.

Don’t have iOS or Android? Skip Step 1 and go straight to Step 2 to log in to your account and use the web version of the app.

Access Web Version

Step 2: Login to Your Account

Login to your account using your first name, last name and email address you used to register for the 2025 Arrowhead EMS Conference.

Step 3: Verify Your Account and Access the Mobile App

The app will automatically send you a verification code from AEMSA staff. Check your email or text for the code and enter it in the Cvent Events app. Click Accept to continue to the app.

Step 4: Set Up Your Profile

To maximize your conference experience, click Set up profile and follow the prompts. Tap the icon in the top right corner and then tap view profile. To edit your profile, tap on the pencil icon. In your profile, you can update your profile visibility and photo. Enter a headline and bio to let attendees know who you are! Link your social accounts so other attendees can easily connect with you. Tap save. 

Visible profiles only display name, company, bio, social links and picture unless contact information is shared. To be seen and interact with others, your profile needs to be set to visible. You can update your visibility at any time.
